An established Orthodontic practice in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking to recruit an experienced Oral Hygienist. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and professional individual who can deliver high quality patient care while working effectively within a specialist orthodontic team. Roles and Responsibilities Provide oral hygiene treatments and preventative care to patients Assist with orthodontic procedures and patient preparation Educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Ensure adherence to infection control and sterilisation protocols Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and treatment areas Support the orthodontist with clinical procedures where required Maintain a clean, organised, and professional clinical environment Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and care Qualifications and Requirements Relevant Oral Hygienist qualification Current registration with the HPCSA 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role Orthodontic practice experience preferred Proficient in English and Afrikaans Skills & Attributes Motivated and hardworking Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Professional and well presented Ability to work under pressure Strong work ethic and reliability Patient focused and compassionate approach Start date Position immediately available #J-18808-Ljbffr
