Job Overview MOC is seeking a Graphic Designer, with UX design experience. In this role, you will work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and Strategist to create high‑quality visuals for social media campaigns, marketing collateral, and UX/UI designs for software clients. The ideal candidate is creative yet analytical, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for both design and user experience. Key Responsibilities Design engaging graphics for social media campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations for various client needs. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Strategist to ensure design elements support broader marketing and strategic goals. Contribute to the design and improvement of websites and apps, focusing on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to create intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences. Work closely with development teams to implement and refine designs for both web and mobile platforms. Stay up-to-date with design trends and UX/UI best practices, continuously improving design output and functionality. Maintain high‑quality design standards, paying close attention to detail across all deliverables. Requirements Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field. Experience: 2‑3 years of experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, and social media content creation. Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma. UX/UI Skills: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles with hands‑on experience in website and app design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. Social Media Experience: Proven experience creating engaging social media content, including graphics and ads, with a solid understanding of best practices for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
