Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support QC AnalystsEnsure laboratory equipment is serviced and calibratedEnsure analysts are trained and competent to perform testingConduct training sessions for analysts when requiredReport non-complying results to the Technical ManagerEnsure sufficient laboratory consumables are available for continuous testingEnsure test results are delivered efficiently without unnecessary delaysEnsure effective evaluation and release of final productsAssist with root cause investigations for nonconforming stockRelease final products, issue COAs and concessions, and assist with customer complaints and investigationsConduct internal audits on food safety management systemsPrepare for and lead external audits conducted on the companyMaintain all external certifications Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Food Science or equivalent qualificationFSSC 22000 or HACCP Auditor Course certificationMinimum 7 years experience in food safety within a food manufacturing environmentProven laboratory testing experience within a quality control environmentStrong experience in implementing and auditing food safety management systemsExperience supervising and managing staffStrong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skillsOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
