We are looking for a General Manager who can take full ownership of a dynamic hospitality business and turn operational excellence into measurable profit. This role is suited to a proven hospitality operator who is comfortable managing complexity and driving performance across multiple revenue streams. This is a live-in position due to the nature of the operation. The successful candidate will: Be present during peak periods, including weekends and events Oversee evening operations where required Act as the on-site leader and face of the property ROLE OVERVIEW: The resort is a multi-revenue hospitality destination, combining luxury accommodation, conferencing, weddings, dining, wellness, and adventure experiences.
