Detailed Job Description As a Field Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting field technicians working on Ericsson RBS installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting tasks. You will oversee site quality, ensure compliance with EHS protocols, and provide on‑site mentoring to enhance technical competency across teams. Working closely with network engineers and project managers, you will assist in resolving integration or hardware challenges while ensuring timely and efficient site delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining reliable GSM network performance and ensuring field teams meet operational KPIs. You will be placed in either Bloemfontein or East London, with flexibility to support multiple regional sites.
