Job Description Lead strategy, growth, and performance across a portfolio of internal supplement brands. Identify underserved market segments and define ideal customer profiles for each brand. Drive product-market fit by collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams on product development. Shape brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels. Design and run market and messaging tests using digital and paid media channels. Analyse performance data to refine campaigns, products, and growth strategies. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across DTC, retail, and digital platforms. Take full ownership of brand profitability, including CAC and LTV optimisation. Manage external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure execution excellence. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and brand extensions. Continuously identify new growth opportunities and product categories aligned to manufacturing capabilities. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in brand management, product marketing, or growth marketing. Experience in CPG, supplements, or related consumer product industries (advantageous). Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and ad platforms. Strong understanding of product-market fit, consumer behaviour, and brand strategy. Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (DTC, retail, digital). Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L ownership and profitability metrics (CAC, LTV). Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution ability.
