The successful candidate will have relevant membership in Engineering and at least three (3) years' experience in a similar role. Facilities Management experience will be beneficial. Duties & Responsibilities The focus of the role is to oversee all maintenance aspects at various production facilities in the agricultural industry. Success is evident in the continuous enhancement of equipment effectiveness through the successful execution of maintenance strategies. Qualifications: B.Eng. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Electric / Industrial) qualification Relevant membership in Engineering; Facilities Management will be beneficial Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role Asset management – prior experience in a manufacturing industry / facility management will be beneficial Project Management – proven track record of engineering, maintenance, and asset life cycle projects Operation Performance - Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) optimisation Risk Management – identify possible risks and implement mitigation strategies (PPM) Technical experience – understand various maintenance methodologies and industry best standards Administration - compiling SOPs and reporting structures Key Skills: Technical skills and knowledge of equipment Good communication and people management skills Effective planning with time management skills Proactive teamwork and collaboration Familiar with quality improvement methods Problem-solving through innovative solutions and generating new ideas Detail-oriented and data accuracy Computer literate #J-18808-Ljbffr
