Financial Operations Officer A well established car carriers company has a vacancy available for a Financial Operations Officer. Duties & Responsibilities Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet. Overall participation and very hands-on with operations. Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind. Full Accounts payable and receivable function. Handling subsidiary accounts. Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance. Perform secure and confidential banking. Hands on with Key Accounts as well as communication with OEM’s. Desired Experience & Qualification High level of honesty, ethics, understanding and integrity. Knowledge of Xero or Pastel. Proven experience as a bookkeeper. In depth knowledge of financial reporting. Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics. Proficient in MS Office. Diligent with great attention to detail.
