As Manager of the Marketing Coordinator team within our Global Development Center, you will lead a team of coordinators responsible for delivering marketing campaigns on behalf of regional teams across the business. You will be accountable for the quality, efficiency, and consistency of work flowing through the GDC, while developing your team's capabilities and building strong relationships with the regional marketing stakeholders you serve. This role is suited to someone who combines hands‑on marketing operations knowledge with the people leadership and process thinking needed to run a high‑performing, distributed delivery team. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and performance‑manage a team of junior and mid‑level marketing coordinators within the GDC Own the overall quality and timeliness of campaign delivery output from the GDC, establishing and maintaining clear standards across all workstreams Act as the senior point of contact for regional marketing teams, building trusted relationships and ensuring the GDC is seen as a reliable, high‑quality delivery partner Manage capacity and resource allocation across the coordinator team, balancing incoming demand against team bandwidth and escalating where needed Design, document, and continuously improve GDC workflows, briefing processes, and quality assurance practices Collaborate with regional marketing leads to understand upcoming campaign plans and ensure the GDC is set up to deliver effectively Report on GDC performance through clear metrics covering delivery timeliness, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction Contribute to the hiring, onboarding, and development of coordinator talent within the GDC Partner with platform, data, and design specialists within the GDC to ensure integrated, seamless campaign delivery Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 6+ years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign operations, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity Proven ability to lead and develop distributed or remote teams Strong understanding of multi‑channel B2B marketing campaign delivery Experience working within or managing a shared services, delivery center, or agency model an advantage Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of an organisation Familiarity with marketing automation, paid social, CMS, and project management tools Analytical mindset with the ability to report on operational performance and drive continuous improvement B2B or software/technology sector experience strongly preferred MRI is proud to be an inclusive employer.
