The successful candidate will assist the Finance & Insurance Manager with all admin related tasks for example: Loading of new finance applications and submit to all banks for approval; Request settlement letters from banks; Request NATIS documents from banks; Facilitate the signing of bank finance contracts by customers; Scan all required documents onto the NTT Archive; Collect all outstanding debtors before month end; Perform weekly reconciliation between NTT Fin and Accounting software.
