Good knowledge of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a busy environment and handle pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic English proficiency (local language skills are a plus). What You’ll Be Doing: Mixing and serving a wide range of drinks efficiently and accurately. Preparing high‑quality coffees to meet guest preferences. Making milkshakes, waffles, and desserts to V8 standards. Keeping the bar, coffee, and dessert station clean, organised, and fully stocked. Engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
