Key responsibilities Investments & planning: Prepare investment proposals, retirement projections, and living annuity analyses; conduct portfolio analysis and fund/platform research; draft suitability reports and records of advice per FAIS. Long-term insurance: Conduct needs analyses and prepare risk cover proposals (life, disability, income protection, severe illness); perform comparative insurer analyses; prepare new business docs, replacement notices, and Section 14 transfers. Compliance & admin: Submit new business applications across all platforms; maintain client records per POPIA; ensure FAIS-compliant documentation; track pipeline and follow up with providers.
