Introduction We are seeking a detailed orientated and proactive Collections Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Cape Town. Accurately capture and manage all collections. Proactively follow up to ensure timely collection and delivery of outstanding payments. Ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are uploaded promptly for completed collections. Collaborate closely with the operations teams to coordinate collection schedules and resolve delivery issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collection processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Matric A customer service-related qualification would be an added advantage. Knowledge and previous experience working in Customer Service, with at least 1 year working in the logistics industry. Knowledge of Operations Planning.
