The role involves active participation in ensuring that the three pillars of the Group Sustainability strategy are effectively integrated to maximize impact and convey a unified message. Key responsibilities include coordination and preparation of Sustainability reporting, enhancing data accuracy, and fostering seamless inclusion of ESG practices into the company’s business processes. The analyst will be instrumental in identifying policy deficiencies and aid relevant policy owners in drafting and implementing new policies in line with ESG standard setters and the group’s strategic objectives. Collaborative work with Sustainability leads and Group Compliance and Risk functions is vital to support policy reviews and suggest improvements. Responsibilities Support the production of Sustainability & Climate reports and ESG data disclosures. Assist in identifying material ESG issues and emerging trends. Collaborate with the Risk function to identify ESG risks. Align sustainability strategy and reporting requirements for board and Exco. Execute and support data and analytics reporting plans. Work with stakeholders to enhance data collection and report accuracy. Provide input into the review of the Sustainability strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a Sustainability-related field. 3-5 years of experience in Sustainability, including ESG reporting. Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks. Experience in data management, policy development, and analysis. Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships. Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen.
