The CSD Agent will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a smooth delivery process on behalf of City Logistics ensuring Customer satisfaction. YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS: Customer Service Planning. Co-ordination of deliveries between client and delivery points. Follow up on customer shipments until delivered. KPI measurement and reporting for customers. Providing quality customer service to clients. Compile and Manage CSD Reports. Client visits as and when required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12/Matric A customer service-related qualification would be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge and previous experience working in Customer Service with at least one year experience in the logistics industry. Knowledge of Operations Planning. Good working experience and sound knowledge of CSD software. Willing to work Saturdays, public holidays and long hour shifts. Own reliable vehicle is essential. Code 08/EB Driver’s license essential.
