We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Channel Performance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services, particularly across Payments, Investor Services, Trading, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications that drive strategic initiatives and system enhancements, while leveraging data insights to optimize channel performance, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze performance across channels (e.g., digital, mobile, online, ATM, branch) Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities Provide actionable insights to improve channel performance and customer journeys Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements Support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders Experience Requirements Mid-Level: Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or channel performance analysis Senior-Level: Typically 7+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ownership of channel analytics and strategic insight delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Experience in data visualization and dashboard development Understanding of financial services channels and customer behavior Ability to translate data and business requirements into insights and solutions Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills High attention to detail and data quality Skills SQL Data Analysis Reporting (Power BI, SSRS, Excel) payment processing #J-18808-Ljbffr
