Job Description The person will be required to drive and deliver products/raw materials within the plant and outside the plant. Qualifications Grade 12 or equivalent. Code 14 driver’s license with Dangerous Goods Permit. Experience 3 years demonstrated experience in truck/tractor driving. 1 year demonstrated experience in a production environment. 1 year demonstrated experience in an explosives environment. Duties Drive and deliver products/raw materials within the plant and outside the plant. Perform Packaged distribution Assistant duties as required. Ensure all regulatory and legislative requirements within the department/remit, thus ensuring effective management of SHERQ and adherence to stipulated disciplines for continuous improvement of occupational safety, health, environment, risk, and quality that impact the organization. Job Knowledge Truck driving skills under all road conditions. Safety conscious. Quality conscious. Job Related Skills Attention to detail. Mechanical ability (advantageous).
