This position requires full-time presence at our Centurion, South Africa office. Key Focus Areas Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency, productivity, and performance across all local operational functions. Implement systems, processes, and KPIs that support sustainable growth, high quality standards and continuous improvement. Oversee end-to-end global supply chain operations, ensuring resilience, cost-effectiveness, and scalability to support expanding product demand and international markets. Outsourcing Strategy & Vendor Management: Lead outsourcing initiatives and strategic partnerships to optimise alternative options to mitigate geo-political risks. Collaborate cross-functionally with other department heads to ensure operational infrastructure supports product growth and scalability across markets. Coach and mentor Operations Managers and emerging leaders, building strong operational leadership capability throughout the organisation.
