A well-established company in the East Rand is seeking a detail-driven and proactive finance professional to join their team.🔎 Key Responsibilities:✔ Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in line with IFRS✔ Manage fixed assets, debtors, and creditors✔ Perform payment and balance sheet reconciliations✔ Oversee stock control and stock reconciliations✔ Maintain and manage the general ledger✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly journals✔ Monitor branch expenses and financial efficiency✔ Oversee branch risk management processes✔ Review vehicle stock counts✔ Monitor parts and workshop cash sales✔ Support junior finance staff✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures✔ Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes✅ Minimum Requirements:* BCom Degree in Accounting (or similar)* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry* Valid Code 8 Drivers License🌟 Personal Attributes:* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Able to work independently and within a team* Confident and proactive mindset* Strong sense of accountability* Team player with good problem-solving skillsIf you meet the above requirements and are ready to grow your career in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
