Global Sourcing & Supply Development Source seafood products from international origin markets Build and manage global supplier relationships Negotiate supply agreements and ensure quality and reliability Diversify sourcing to reduce supply risk 2. International Market Development Develop new global customer accounts and markets Match international supply with market demand Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities 3. Commercial Trading & Deal Execution Structure and negotiate buy/sell transactions Manage pricing, allocation, and margin performance Execute contracts from agreement to delivery 4. Logistics & Trade Execution Coordinate international shipping and freight Manage documentation, customs, and delivery processes Resolve supply chain disruptions 5. Trade Finance & Risk Management Manage payment structures (LCs, TT, collections) Assess credit and counterparty risk Monitor currency exposure and protect margins 6.
