AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, invites motivated and enthusiastic South African youth to apply for the Long-Term Insurance Learnership Programme 2026. This is a 12-month structured work‑based learning programme designed to combine theoretical training through an accredited training provider with practical workplace experience. The learnership leads to a registered qualification in the insurance sector, providing learners with valuable skills, industry exposure, and a solid foundation for a future career in insurance. A monthly stipend will be paid to successful learners for the full duration of the learnership. Key Responsibilities Participate in structured theoretical training related to Long-Term Insurance Gain practical, hands‑on workplace experience at AVBOB Complete assessments and assignments as required by the learnership programme Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to learn Work independently as well as part of a team Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric certificate with English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy or Accounting Aged between 18 and 35 years No previous learnerships completed Not registered with any other academic institution and not engaged in other studies Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet) will be an advantage Ability to work independently and show initiative Must be a South African citizen #J-18808-Ljbffr
