Maintain ledgers and manage accounts payable/receivable. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy. Assist with preparing financial statements and reports. Process invoices, payments, and collections. Keep financial records organised and up to date. Provide general admin and support to the finance team. Requirements Matric / Grade 12 with strong mathematics results A Diploma or certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance (preferred). Studying toward or completed a qualification such as ICB Bookkeeping, National Diploma in Accounting, or BCom Accounting is an advantage. 1-2 years' bookkeeping or accounting experience (internship or junior role) is desirable Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Solid grasp of basic accounting principles. Proficient with accounting software and Excel (Pastel experience a plus). Confident communicator and team player. Good organisational and time management skills. Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve discrepancies.
