We are seeking an experienced and driven Technology Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of robust technology solutions within a complex financial services environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across key domains such as Payments, Investor Services, Trading, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, leading engineering teams while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end technical leadership across projects and platforms Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards Lead design discussions and guide development teams on best practices Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient technical solutions Oversee system integrations, APIs, and data flows across platforms Ensure adherence to security, risk, and regulatory requirements Drive code quality, performance optimization, and technical excellence Manage technical delivery, timelines, and dependencies Mentor and coach developers, system analysts, and technical teams Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architecture teams Support production stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement Required Experience 4+ years of experience in software development or technology roles Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role Strong background in financial services, with exposure to: Payments and transaction processing systems Trading platforms and financial instruments Investor services or asset management systems Pricing and billing platforms Liquidity or treasury systems Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders Solid understanding of data architecture and integration patterns #J-18808-Ljbffr
