Role Description In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic partner and main point of contact for clients—overseeing all aspects of their marketing performance. From paid ads and content strategy to lead generation, email campaigns, and conversion tracking, you’ll ensure every piece works together to achieve client goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, media, and operations teams to craft strategies that deliver results and maintain long‑term client satisfaction. This is a remote role that requires working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours . Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day communication with clients and act as their trusted marketing advisor. Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google PPC , and other digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present actionable insights. Lead regular strategy calls and performance reviews with clients. Identify new opportunities for growth, upselling, and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and consistent client satisfaction. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment. Proven hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google PPC campaigns . Strong understanding of marketing strategy, funnels, and performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client‑first mindset. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Proficiency in CRM platforms , Google Workspace , and presentation tools . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Must be able to work EST hours (9AM–5PM preferred).
