Experience/Qualifications: 3 years experience in a similar role. Valid drivers license. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure with great computer skills. Duties: Complete tender documents accurately. Maintain accurate records and electronic copies of completed documents. Search for relevant tender listings on various platforms. Ensure the bid process is followed. Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure timeous submissions. Organise and schedule tender related meetings. Develop/maintain an electronic filing system. Request and manage quotes, ensuring timely receipt and price comparisons.
