We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and create exceptional menus tailored to diverse dietary requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event catering and corporate dining, demonstrating expertise in high-volume food production while maintaining the highest quality and presentation standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage kitchen staff, control costs, and deliver outstanding culinary experiences that meet a variety of client needs. Key Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth execution of events and corporate dining services. Design and implement creative, diverse, and dietary-inclusive menus for corporate clients, private events, and large-scale functions. Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new techniques, flavours, and dietary trends (vegan, gluten-free, allergen‑friendly, etc.). Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative, and professional work environment. Ensure food is consistently prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety. Develop and maintain budgets, oversee food purchasing, and control waste to maximize efficiency and profitability. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies. Work closely with corporate clients and event planners to tailor menus that align with event themes, budgets, and dietary preferences. Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients and cost‑effective procurement. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a corporate or events‑driven environment. Strong background in high‑volume catering and corporate dining. Expertise in menu development across multiple dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten‑free, kosher, etc.). Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team. Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong financial acumen in managing budgets, food costs, and inventory. Excellent communication and client relationship‑building skills. Preferred Skills Experience with international cuisines and fusion concepts. Knowledge of sustainable and locally sourced food trends.
