HR PRACTITIONER (GENERALIST) – 6 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT Pretoria Our client, a well-established organisation based in Pretoria, is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Practitioner on a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide comprehensive HR generalist support across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Payroll administration (fully in-sourced environment) Recruitment and selection Employment Equity administration and submissions WSP & ATR submissions HR compliance and audit submissions HR policy and SOP development and implementation Labour relations, grievances, disputes and disciplinary matters Performance management Training and skills development HR administration and reporting Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field Minimum 8 years’ experience in a generalist HR role Proven experience with:HR compliance and audits EE submissions WSP & ATR submissions Policy and SOP development Payroll administration in a fully in-sourced payroll environment Experience working on systems such as VIP Premier, Sage 300 People and/or CRS Strong labour relations and disciplinary experience Sound knowledge of job evaluation methodologies Strong MS Office skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong numerical and analytical ability Advantageous: Postgraduate HR qualification SDF Certification The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, analytical, ethical, and capable of functioning effectively under pressure within a professional team environment.
