Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Manager role based in Durban, focused on POSM, marketing, and print solutions. The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring that marketing and POSM initiatives are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, coordinating with internal creative, production, and supply chain teams, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of POSM and print campaigns. The role involves monitoring project performance, addressing issues proactively, and providing insights to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and campaign effectiveness. The Customer Success Manager will also support reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and commercial outcomes. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention capabilities. Proven Relationship Building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and nurture long-term client partnerships. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights on POSM, marketing, and print campaigns. Experience in account management or customer success within marketing, POSM, print, retail, or FMCG environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work on-site in Durban, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools; familiarity with marketing or POSM management platforms is an advantage.
