Hit (and Smash) Targets: Weekly, monthly, quarterly—you’re driven by KPIs. Qualifications: Proven confidence and resilience in high-pressure sales environments; comfortable facing and overcoming rejection. Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to pivot conversations and persuade effectively. Results-driven mindset with a passion for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
