Duties & Responsibilities An exciting opportunity is available in Paarl for a Project Manager. Duties: Assistant to the Operations Manager and Company Director, including managing diaries, emails, and ad hoc tasks. Managing the maintenance team, including creating, assigning, and updating job cards to ensure timely completion of jobs. Managing vehicle maintenance, including services and repairs of vehicles and renewing licenses. Ensuring that all fire equipment is up to date. Sourcing, comparing prices, and arranging logistics for products, parts, PPE, etc. Assisting with social media platforms, website, campaigns, competitions, and adverts. Administrative duties including meeting minutes, filing, and setting up Zoom meetings. Liaison with tenants and municipalities, obtaining comparative quotations. Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience as a personal assistant. Ability to work under pressure.
