The position contributes to the business by driving innovation, influencing decision-making through analytics, and overseeing critical infrastructure. The main focus areas include systems modernization, digital transformation, and positioning the organization as a technology leader. Key Responsibilities Lead for at least 8 years with progressive experience including senior management and executive leadership. Drive a transformative information management and AI agenda to fuel business growth and operational excellence. Modernize core systems, analytics, and AI platforms to deliver automation across all business units. Ensure enterprise-wide data governance, security, and regulatory compliance. Optimize technology infrastructure and manage vendor partnerships. Build and mentor a high-performing IT team while fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion. Align technical focus areas including AI and data with overarching organizational objectives. Deliver complex, high-impact projects and lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives. About You At least 8 years of progressive experience, including significant exposure to senior management and executive leadership.
