Tertiary Diploma. 8+ years of experience in full‑service franchise restaurants; experience in hotels or QSR is not acceptable. Must have overseen multi‑operations in a recognised luxury brand. Proven senior leadership experience within a similar full‑service restaurant brand environment is essential. Candidate must not be in breach of any contractual, ethical, or restraint obligations within a brand – now or previously. Strong understanding of the specific operating model, culture, and customer proposition. Own vehicle essential. Open to travel.
