Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our bakery and kitchen operations. This person will be involved in front of house operations, customer service, sales etc. Responsibilities Leadership & Coordination Supervise and guide bakery/kitchen staff in daily operations. Ensure smooth workflow between baking, cooking, and customer service. Train and mentor team members to uphold standards. Hands-On Production Prepare baked goods (bread, cakes, pastries) and hot/cold meals. Make pies and other specialty items with consistency and quality. Assist in menu planning and product innovation. Customer Service Serve customers with professionalism and warmth. Handle orders, queries, and complaints diplomatically. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the bakery/kitchen. Stock Management & Planning Track and record stock required and used daily. Plan ahead to ensure ingredients and supplies are available. Monitor usage to reduce waste and control costs. Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Cleanliness & Compliance Ensure hygiene standards are met in food preparation and serving areas. Oversee cleaning schedules and stock rotation. Comply with health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in baking and kitchen operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
