Requirements At least five years managing a boutique luxury lodge. Tertiary degree in Tourism, Hospitality and/or Business Administration. Experience working in a remote location with a diverse team. Proven track record of increasing revenue, improving profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving organizational change. Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, leadership skills, and common‑sense approach to decision‑making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Passion for the hospitality industry, commitment to excellence, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Commitment to sustainable tourism and conservation. Driven, energetic, compassionate and ambitious, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. Unrelenting attention to detail and high standards. Structured management style with experience in leading diverse teams. Open‑minded and able to think outside the box. Experience in sales, marketing and business development.
