Position: Interior Architecture Revit BIM ManagerLocation: StellenboschEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Interior Design / Architecture Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Interior Architecture Revit BIM Manager to join a leading Interior Design firm based in Stellenbosch. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and standardising Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows across the practice. The successful candidate will serve as the in‑house expert on Autodesk Revit, ensuring model quality, technical excellence, and seamless project collaboration. The BIM Manager will develop and enforce standards, manage software systems, train team members, and optimise project data processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across all projects. Minimum Requirements Revit Architecture Experience: 4+ years Interior Design / Architecture Industry Experience: 4+ years Full‑time availability (no contract or part‑time applicants) Fluent in English (spoken and written) Key Responsibilities Standards & Procedures Develop, implement, and enforce Revit templates, family libraries, naming conventions, and modelling standards Ensure model integrity and adherence to company BIM standards Maintain data consistency and documentation protocols Technical Support & Training Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex modelling challenges Train and mentor staff in Revit and associated software (SketchUp, Enscape, Revit) Support continuous skills development across the design team Workflow Optimisation Analyse and improve BIM workflows to reduce errors and increase efficiency Enhance processes across both design and construction documentation phases Drive best‑practice adoption in BIM implementation Coordination & Collaboration Manage interdisciplinary model coordination and clash detection Oversee collaboration using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Ensure effective information sharing and alignment across project teams Project Setup & Management Set up new Revit projects in accordance with firm standards Manage worksets, shared coordinates, and model structures Ensure compliance with international BIM saving and file‑sharing standards About You We are looking for a technically strong and proactive professional with the following skills: Expert knowledge of Revit, including parametric modelling and family creation Solid understanding of the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operation) project lifecycle Experience working with international BIM standards and cloud‑based collaboration platforms Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to train teams and effectively manage resistance to new technologies A structured, detail‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving skills This is an excellent opportunity for a confident BIM professional to play a strategic and technical leadership role within a growing, design‑focused environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
