To plan, coordinate, implement, monitor and evaluate the CSI programmes and projects in-line with IDC CSI strategy and policies Bachelor'sdegree in social science, Social Development or related/relevant field. 5-8 years relevant experience in Corporate Social Investment or socio-economic development Strong understanding of CSR/CSI principles and global standards (e.g., UN Sustainable Development Goals, ESG frameworks), Shared value and sustainable development Knowledge of how CSI aligns with business strategy and brand reputation Understanding of Socio-economic challenges (education, health, unemployment, inequality), Community development methodologies Ability to conduct Needs assessments, social impact analysis Project Program Management Skills in Planning, budgeting, and execution of CSI initiatives, Monitoring and evaluation (ME), Risk assessment Governance, Compliance Reporting.
