Overview We're looking for a creative and skilled Junior Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver engaging, modern, and conceptually sound visual assets. The ShopriteX Studio is a dynamic team of creatives who create a wide range of digital content for the Shoprite Group’s integrated, omnichannel campaigns, as well as internal media. Responsibilities Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for internal clients, ensuring they align with our brand identity. Create high-quality visual assets, including graphics and illustrations, for use in the Sixty60 app, marketing materials, sales decks, direct communications, and social media. Stay updated with design trends, digital best practices, and industry standards to ensure that our creative remains competitive and current. Work closely with cross-functional teams. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering design insights that help elevate the overall quality of our visual content. Qualifications 1–2+ years of professional experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual excellence, and an understanding of current design trends. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into captivating visuals and user interfaces. Eagerness to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a strong interest in agile ways of working. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and justify design decisions. Team player with a positive attitude. Knowledge of After Effects/animation is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
