Job Description Our client, a leading Financial Services company, is currently looking to contract an experienced Product Owner to join their team on a contract basis. Responsibilities include: Prioritising work to achieve optimal business value through team delivery. Accountable for the product backlog – creates, adds, removes, and refines. Empowered to accept or reject the work delivered by the development team. Project management. Business Analysis. Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12. Tertiary Qualification - Degree in Information Systems coupled with Product Owner / Business Analysis Certification. Minimum 3 years experience in Business Analysis / Project Management coupled with 2 years experience as Product Owner essential, gained within a Financial Services environment. Understanding and practicing the Waterfall and Agile principles and values. Minimum of 3 years experience working in both traditional waterfall and agile solution delivery environments.
