Duties & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all business units. Develop and maintain a pipeline of high‑quality Cloud, Data, AI, Software, and Platform Engineering talent. Partner with Delivery Managers and Heads to understand workforce requirements. Source candidates through multiple channels including referrals, LinkedIn, communities, universities, and networking events. Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes. Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience. Improve time-to-hire and hiring quality metrics. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future growth. Employee Onboarding Own the onboarding experience for all new employees. Ensure new hires are productive and engaged as quickly as possible. Coordinate equipment, system access, induction programmes, and training. Conduct regular check‑ins during the first 90 days. Monitor onboarding effectiveness and employee feedback. Employee Engagement and Retention Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular employee pulse surveys. Coordinate stay interviews with key employees. Identify potential retention risks and proactively address concerns. Support managers in creating positive team environments. Track and analyse attrition trends. Recommend retention initiatives and improvement opportunities. People Operations Maintain employee records and people‑related reporting. Support performance review processes. Coordinate promotions, salary reviews, and career progression discussions. Ensure people processes are consistent and scalable. Support policy development and compliance requirements. Assist leadership with workforce planning and organisational development. Employer Branding Build cloudandthings.io's reputation as an employer of choice. Manage recruitment marketing initiatives. Coordinate social media and talent attraction campaigns. Promote employee success stories and company culture. Build relationships with universities, training providers, and technology communities. Support participation in industry events and meetups. Learning and Development Support certification and training programmes. Coordinate internal learning initiatives. Assist Practice Leads with capability development plans. Monitor professional development progress across the business. Support leadership development initiatives. Desired Experience & Qualification Required 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, People Operations, and/or Employee Experience roles. Proven experience recruiting highly exceptional and qualified technology professionals. Strong understanding of technology roles, including Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, AI, and Platform Engineering. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities. Must Have Experience within a technology consulting or software development environment. Experience building recruitment functions and talent pipelines. Experience with employer branding and employee engagement programmes. Experience supporting fast‑growing organisations.
