We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to make bold moves and close big wins. What You’ll Do Dial 100+ calls per day into the UK market to pitch our industry-leading EOR solution Qualify prospects, navigate decision-makers, and handle objections like a pro Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for our Sales Team Update all interactions in our CRM system (you must be experienced using one) Smash weekly KPIs and sales targets and get rewarded for it! Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, sales processes, and outreach strategies Qualifications 1+ year of proven outbound sales or BDR experience Solid background in high-volume cold calling (ideally UK market) Fluent, professional English written and spoken with a neutral or UK-friendly accent Experience working on a CRM platform (e.g., Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) Resilient, target-driven, and a true self-starter Able to work UK business hours (9 am 6 pm GMT) A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential Used to working with set KPIs and achieving targets Benefits R17,500 - R20,000basic salary Uncapped commission: get rewarded for every closed opportunity Full onboarding, training, and support from an experienced leadership team Work from our office in Cape Town Central #J-18808-Ljbffr
