Key Responsibilities You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing, and communications activity across Carpenter Box. From content creation to campaign support, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts. Campaigns Writing engaging social media content and supporting daily posting activity Assisting with monthly newsletter creation Writing and editing blog posts and website articles Producing and editing video content for social media and campaigns Creating internal and external communications Designing proposals and sales collateral for client service teams Digital presence and marketing operations Updating and maintaining website content Managing inbound enquiries across all channels Maintaining digital presence across platforms Coordinating and maintaining database accuracy Undertaking market research to support campaigns and strategy Coordination and administration Coordinating with third‑party suppliers (e.g. photographers, merchandise providers) Additional marketing administration as required Working collaboratively with teams across Carpenter Box and the wider Sumer network Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Have 2-3 digital marketing experience in the professional services or financial sector Strong writing skills, with confidence communicating in a professional setting Have experience in digital platforms Organised and able to juggle and prioritise multiple projects Proactive and happy to take ownership of tasks Be enthusiastic, creative, and have a willingness to learn Job Benefits At Sumer, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, not just as buzzwords, but as the heartbeat of our team.
