Responsibilities Lead the onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation. Take ownership of the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle, addressing employee queries throughout the process. Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience for clients and employees. Continuously improve the onboarding experience by identifying and implementing enhancements. Maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and confidentiality. Support compliance initiatives, reporting, audits, and data integrity projects. Champion automation opportunities to streamline onboarding processes. Qualifications Extensive operations experience with a strong background in people operations. Proficient in handling employment contracts and other legally binding documents. Adaptable in fast‑paced, cross‑functional settings, ideally within startups or high‑growth companies. Strong team‑oriented mindset with ownership and independent work capabilities. Exceptional written and spoken English (business level) and strong attention to detail; additional languages considered a plus. Tech‑savvy, comfortable with collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace, and similar. Experience organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources. Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities.
