Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria: Minimum 3 years proven experience in Debt Collections (essential) Valid Drivers License (essential) A multilingual person will be advantageous Experience dealing with government departments and SOEs advantageous Strong communication and negotiation skills Computer literacy and administrative ability Ability to work independently and meet targets The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Following up on outstanding accounts and overdue payments Liaising with clients regarding account queries and payment arrangements Conducting onsite visits where required Preparing collection reports and maintaining accurate records Ensuring professional client communication and relationship management Strong attention to detail Professional and confident communicator Organized and able to work under pressure Sal ary: R10 000 per month CTC
