Job Title Channel Representative Location Rustenburg, North-West, South Africa Responsibilities Set sales budgets and ensure volumes are achieved; develop monthly action plans. Implement a minimum of 4 displays per month. Compile monthly action plans to achieve targets by customer. Follow a set route list weekly. Distribute and share sales information and statistics weekly. Implement promotional plan to achieve volumes and manage promotions. Demonstrate and promote the sale of bread; develop a regular calling cycle with all traders and continually canvass for new business. Maximize sales and grow market share. Establish and maintain excellent customer service. Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and efficiently in line with company procedures. Qualifications Matric with a degree in Sales or Management or equivalent (added advantage). Valid EB driver’s license (Code 8). Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales.
