This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology‑related and automation projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and timelines while coordinating between multiple parties. Primary focus areas include automation and digitisation across payroll, staffing, finance, fundraising, and web/application development. Additionally, the incumbent will play a key role in advancing reporting quality and leveraging data for optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver mainly IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure effective communication between technical teams, leadership, and end users. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate and execute testing phases to ensure solution quality and stability. Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and status reports. Design and implement data collection, reporting, and analytics processes to measure both project and broader organisational performance. Design and implement processes around data‑driven reporting projects for operational use and dashboards.
