Collaborate closely with scientific and technical clients to understand challenges and deliver groundbreaking solutions that exceed expectations. Apply data science expertise to solve real‑world problems in AI, manufacturing and R&D, helping clients tackle critical issues. Engage in a variety of Data Science and R&D projects, managing stakeholders, risk, requirements, software architecture and documentation. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable solutions for stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are met. Work on interdisciplinary projects that combine applied mathematics, AI and scientific computing, delivering tangible solutions that drive innovation and business value. Your Profile More than 8 years of relevant work experience in R&D, Engineering or Software, including significant time as Lead Architect for Data & AI projects. Strong foundation in software development or Data Science, with specialized knowledge in AI, manufacturing or R&D. Scientific or technical background, ideally MSc or PhD. Experience solving complex technical problems and communicating sophisticated concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Passion for working at the intersection of applied mathematics, AI, scientific computing and software engineering. Excellent communication skills, bridging technical teams and client needs to ensure effective project delivery. Willingness to mentor and guide junior colleagues.
