Job Description: SAP Solution Architect / Senior Delivery Lead In preparation for the ongoing TSA (Transition Services Agreement) phases related to the divestment programme, as well as the future Merger programme, this role is required to lead and coordinate all associated and related activities. Be able to execute and manage the established foundational teams, tools, and processes to ensure seamless delivery across the divestment and TSA as well as future merger scope. Responsibilities Bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions, identifying the best solution among all available choices to solve existing business problems by carefully reviewing and analysing the business, functional, and technical requirements. Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the solution to client stakeholders and Delivery Leadership and project team. Designing, implementing and directing a solution architecture to address specific problems and requirements, usually through the application of technical, business process and/or industry knowledge. Managing relationships with key stakeholders for solution planning. Serving as liaison to other Implementation workstreams on process and technical integration issues; working with solution leads and functional leads to refine end-to-end business process scenarios to confirm the integration between process areas. Providing solution recommendations and helping drive resolution of major process and technical build issues within and across process teams, specifically where there is a significant degree of integration. Providing process governance, business process, and SAP experience. Owning the long-term integrity of the overall solution. Estimating and providing ROM or detailed estimations for various potential solutions, working with the Financial Management team to formally cost these solutions. Providing delivery support to inflight projects and assisting in resolving open risks and issues – leveraging past experience to help guide the team. Providing clients with full life‑cycle project implementation consulting expertise, including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing, and go‑live stabilisation. Preparing and facilitating assessment/blueprint workshops to analyse clients’ business requirements and explaining business reasons for utilising functionalities and transforming them into business SAP best practice. Preparing summary‑level presentations and facilitating future state system design and process workshops to obtain client acceptance. Performing in cross‑functional team environments where strong interpersonal communication skills are essential, often with geographically diverse teams or other implementation consulting partners. Assuming internal responsibility for the successful implementation under hard and fast deadlines. Performing and supporting pre‑sales activities. Understanding and leading discussions on SAP in the new areas, with relevant delivery or sales experience for example AI, BDC, Joule, etc. Performing and supporting ongoing engagement with SAP. Conducting and supporting communication and relationship building with senior clients. Preference to have mining industry experience. Focusing on building an internal network of SMEs. Ability to work under pressure. Minimum Requirements Prior SAP implementation experience required. Project references must be verifiable. Lead Solution Architect role for at least ten (10) full life‑cycle implementations, including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut‑over and post‑go‑live support). SAP S/4 relevant experience (not just ECC). Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or applicable work experience is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
