Position Summary Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Check computer for updates and schedule changes. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and spa/salon areas. Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Stock towels, linens, and supplies. Report accidents to manager and complete safety training. Follow company policies, ensure professional appearance, and maintain guest privacy and confidentiality. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Responsibilities Safety and Security: Follow safety policies, report accidents, complete safety training, handle emergency procedures, identify and correct unsafe conditions. Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies, maintain uniform and personal appearance, protect privacy and security, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, perform other duties. Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, listen to and respond to guest requests, assist guests with disabilities, anticipate service needs, engage guests, and provide assistance to colleagues. Communication: Use clear and professional language with guests and colleagues, discuss work matters discreetly. Assists Management: Coordinate tasks with departments, serve as a role model or mentor. Working with Others: Develop and maintain positive relationships, promote teamwork, treat coworkers with dignity and respect, handle sensitive issues with diplomacy. Quality Assurance: Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Physical Tasks: Stand, sit, walk for an extended period; lift/carry objects Guest Scheduling & Check-in: Answer general property questions; provide spa orientation; assist guests in selecting services. Provide Spa/Salon Services: Offer amenities; promote and sell services; monitor schedule. Maintain Spa/Salon Environment: Keep locker rooms and lounge areas clean; dispose of trash and linens; secure supplies; notify engineering of maintenance needs; stock linens and supplies.
