Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs Drive the design, development, and optimization of our platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our business Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving alignment and execution Implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline development workflows and improve efficiency Monitor and analyse platform performance metrics, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement to enhance the customer experience Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
