Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a professional services or international corporate environment. Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations. Experience supporting global learning programmes or compliance-driven training initiatives. Knowledge of data privacy and learning compliance standards in international contexts. Desired Skill Sets Hands‑on experience with LMS administration; Cornerstone OnDemand experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with learning assessment tools and methodologies (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, quizzes, surveys). Understanding of Machine Learning & AI Fundamentals and familiarity with Generative AI. Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft effective prompts for generative models. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders across cultures and time zones. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret learning data and generate actionable insights. Customer focused at all times; understanding the needs of customers/stakeholders and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions. Experience of using Microsoft tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. Process improvement experience; able to independently identify opportunities to improve/reengineer processes. Experience of using agile project management techniques. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the organisation Learning Management System (Cornerstone OnDemand), including course creation, user management, reporting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure consistent deployment of learning content across regions. Support the development and implementation of learning assessments, leveraging appropriate testing methodologies and tools. Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on LMS functionality and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in learning operations and learner experience. Maintain documentation and knowledge‑sharing resources for learning systems and processes.
